LMT since 2019. My strengths as a massage therapist are attention to detail, communication, empathy, and efficiency. Overall from observing how the spa industry works for both therapists and clients, I would recommend 24/7 nonprofit wellness centers where there are lower rates for tools-based services (silicone cupping, percussion massage gun, gua sha). In my business I priced add-ons below market since they provide better results for clients, reduce hands-on time, and add more variety to sessions.
